The fee is scoped around the rooms, specification detail and level of coordination. Furniture purchases remain visible as a separate budget.
Approve the brief first, then the concept and specification. Any change to agreed deliverables should be reviewed before the next stage.

Questions about this service
Can you work with furniture I already own?
Yes. Existing pieces can be treated as fixed elements and the new selection can be built around their size, colour and practical role.
Does the service include buying the products?
Not automatically. Selection, specification and purchase coordination are different tasks. Product cost, delivery and installation remain visible as separate items unless explicitly included.
What if a selected product becomes unavailable?
A substitute should be proposed and approved before ordering. The replacement is checked for dimensions, finish, price and compatibility with the rest of the scheme.
Can furnishing be done room by room?
Yes. The scope can cover selected rooms, but shared materials, lighting temperature and circulation should still be coordinated so the home feels consistent.
